Our goal is to work in parallel with one team located in Graz, Austria and one team located in Munich, Germany.

 

Making sure that the communication is clear between the teams is our top priority in order to provide excellent product results.

The company is a startup, going through many changes in short period of time: rapid growth of the company, frequent changes of the roles have created many gaps within the company.

 

Old solutions are mostly informal. Our role is to support the organisational transformation, through agile leadership, coaching and also daily scrum master work.

 

More precisely, our job is to support the set up of 2 development teams in 2 different locations and one sales team. We provide agile coaching for the dev teams as well as coaching of 2 new product owners.

 

Further We support the sales team in facilitation of scrum retrospectives. Also, the Chief Product Owner in the matters of vision and road map.The overall aim is to set up the agile culture where self organised teams can take over.
