CYBER - SOLUTIONS

A Story of Success

One of our long term clients was Cyberport (later Cyber-Solutions) and here is where we have provided agile management consulting in terms of business analytics and scrum framework. We have been part of the successful agile transformation of the company by implementing the scrum activities together with a team of 10 developers.

 

Our services included a variety of activities such as: 

Creating the user stories based on the existing documentation and providing consulting on how to break down the specific projects in order to make it easier for the implementation team. 

 

Daily backlog refinement with the development team. These activities included meetings for clarifying the user story details and estimating the complexity together with the needed efforts in order to have an excellent planning. 

Constant communication not only with the scrum team but also with the external providers of the company. 

 

Providing exceptional sprint plannings where we carefully took into consideration the availability of the team, the potential capacity and the complexity of the planned work. 

 

Providing retrospective meetings with a focus on monitoring and improving our processes together with the daily work.

Working in “Kanban Mode” for unexpected issues that needed quick fixes. Providing consulting activities in regard to prioritising the most important issues according to their impact on the production website. 

Main Projects:

 

“The comparison list feature” - The goal of the project was to provide customers a great user experience and the ability to compare two or more products before deciding to buy the most suitable one for them. 

 

“The checkout process optimisation” - The goal of the project was to provide customers a better user journey towards purchasing products on the website. 

Additional work:

 

We were in constant contact with the development team on a daily basis in order to provide our support. Moreover, we were in constant communication with the quality assurance and testing team to make sure the work implemented by the development team was according to the written acceptance criteria. These activities were conducted in the form of planned meetings with the different teams.
